America ranks last for quality of life as a parent, the motherhood penalty is the top driver of gender pay gaps, and tech has the largest equity gaps of any industry. PTA fixes this unsustainable ratio by building inclusive work practices & policies, democratizing our know-how for anyone to create change within their orgs.
